Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions involve co-creation of a safe, supportive space by one or  more therapists and a group of people. The group may  share a common life experience, challenge or purpose and come together to learn and grow with each other.

Psycho-education, workshops and Trainings

These sessions  are training programs  (individual or group) that are  mindfully designed to facilitate interactive, informative and fun filled discussions to bust myths about mental health and increase understanding around human well being. These are based on the latest research from the field of psychology, our expertise and experience of being in this profession for 16 + years, cumulatively.

Our Story

Our Story

Oh final.png

30th August, 2019

An unusual meeting place, the Observation Home for boys in Madivala, was where we first met. Led by Dr. Kalpana P (Board Member, JJB, Bangalore Urban), we were both involved in an integrated services project called Maanasa, designed for the care, well being and healing of children in conflict with law, their families and the staff at the OH. Shamili was the Project Coordinator and Counselling Psychologist and Snehal was the supervisor and trainer for the team of mental health associates on the project.

It was all smiles, resonance in ideas, ideals and vision for us, from the get go! We were soon cherishing our

shared passions and discussing our journey ahead!
